Marathon day (Saturday 15 September) is the most exciting time to come and spectate at the National Championships.

Starting at 8:30 a.m., the first competitors will soon reach the 8 obstacles, which they have to negotiate in the correct sequence and at the highest possible speed. Setting off at 4-minute intervals in order of their competition classes (horses, ponies, singles, pairs, four-in-hand), the competitors will take most of the day to display their skills and speed on the course.

There will be an information point, manned by the Bennington crew, for anyone who wants to find out more about how the competition works or how to get involved in the sport. There will be refreshments, a licensed bar and a number of trade stands on the showground..

CAR PARKING

Car parking for spectators is right next to the obstacle field. Parking is free for members of BC, BDS, BD, BE, BS, British Riding Clubs or Pony Club. All others - £5 for the day.

Please register your car for Spectator Parking
