Starting at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, the first competitors will soon reach the 8 obstacles, which they have to negotiate in the correct sequence and at the highest possible speed.

Setting off at 4-minute intervals in order of their competition classes, there will be competitors all day displaying their skills and speed on the course.

There will be an information point for anyone who wants to find out more about how the competition works or how to get involved in the sport.
